How much do you charge for postage/delivery?

Where will my order be sent to?
This may appear like a crazy question! I just want you to know that your goodies will always be sent to the address that you nominate on your order on not your paypal account address.
How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are dispatched either same day or next day after payment is finalised.
How long will it take for my delivery to arrive?
All orders within Australia are sent via Australia Post and internationally all mail is sent via airmail Please note that this is based on Australia Post’s guidelines and is only an approximate time frame. We also strongly recommend that you select to send your items via registered post if you wish for them to be tracked and traced. Antipodean Love will not refund or replace lost parcels if Registered Post for an international order was not purchased by the buyer.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard and also offer the flexibility of PayPal the option to choose your payment method is available at time of checkout.
Antipodean Love is now in partnership with Afterpay which gives you the flexibility of paying for your purchases in four easy interest free payments. Check out their FAQ for more details and just select them at checkout if you want to go ahead.

In addition, we like privacy. We safeguard your personal information and will never sell, loan, rent, trade or give away any personal information that you offer during your visit. Personal information provided is only to be used for the services requested, such as processing an order and shipping your package to your nominated address.
Do you accept international orders?
Absolutely! We love our international customers and have tried to offer the most reasonable shipping rates possible. In the shopping cart you’ll be able to select your country and view the options available to you. All prices are in AUD and are inclusive of 10% goods and services tax (GST). Please be aware for any orders made from overseas this 10% GST will automatically be deducted at the checkout.
Please note, Antipodean Love is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.
Can you add a gift card to my purchase?
Of course! We’re happy to include one of our gorgeous gift/greeting cards with your gift. When you purchase the card at the checkout just let us know what you’d like it to say in the “Additional Comments” field at checkout. Don’t forget to include your name on the card! Please note that we don’t include invoices in packages for this reason and we also want to save some trees!
Do you offer discount and promotion codes?
Yes, occasionally – and usually with very little notice! The best way to find out about discounts codes is to ‘like’ us on Facebook, or sign up for our mailing list. We promise not to abuse the privilege of having your email address and will never share your information with anyone.
Oops! I have realised that I made a mistake after placing my order – can I make any changes?
Yes, but you must act quickly! This is only available while your order status is marked as “open”. Once the order has been processed, it’s already on its way to getting packed up all pretty and sent on it’s way.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We want you to be happy with your Antipodean Love goodies, but in the rare instance that you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns and refund the original purchase price.
In the event that you need to return an item, you must first notify us by email for approval, at which time you will receive our return address and authorisation number. Please do not return the item until you have an authorisation number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs will not be refunded. Items must be returned in unused condition in their original packaging, and must be returned within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Once the item has been received & checked, a refund will be credited against your original method of purchase, excluding delivery charges. For your protection, we recommend returning the goods via a traceable method, so you can trace the package back to us.
Please note that we do not refund products due to “change of mind” or items on sale.
If you need to return an item due to an error on the part of Antipodean Love, we will apologise profusely and send out a replacement at our expense after the incorrect shipment is returned.
